With a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy there is an immediate stop to paying back your unsecured creditors, stop to harassment, collections, lawsuits, wage garnishments and liens. All or most of your debt can be discharged (completely eliminated) in about 90 days without any payments to your creditors. Debts such as credit cards, personal loans, medical bills, foreclosures, repossessions, judgments in lawsuits and some tax debts can be discharged. A Chapter 7 Bankruptcy can be quickly prepared (in a day if necessary) then filed. After filing, it usually takes about 90 days to complete the Bankruptcy and get your discharge.
